Raw Mango Juice

Raw mango juice (Aam ka panna in Hindi) is very much sought after drink in summer season.
Summer is mango season for those who live in tropical countries. We get different varieties of mangoes both raw and ripe forms in the market. In this video i am covering how we can prepare mango juice from raw mangoes and serve fresh as well as storage in cube form for later use. People enjoy the raw taste as much as they love the fruit.


Raw Mango – 3 nos. (approx. 600g)
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Roasted Cumin seed powder – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Black salt – 1/4 tsp
Dry Pudina – 2 tbsp
Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time : 15 min
Makes 11/2 liters Raw Mango Juice
