Green Juice for Energy boosting, Detox and Weight loss

Green Juices (Energy booster& detox , Weight loss & detox) In this post i have shown how you can make homemade healthy green juice. I have shown two types – Juice for energy boost and detox and juice for weight loss and detox. The ingredients are combination of greens,vegetables and fruits. It takes just 15 minutes to make it. We need only a juicer or blender for preparation.It is possible to use variations of greens,vegetables and fruits as per one’s choice. In greens we have choices of mint,spinach and spring greens In vegetables we have carrot ,beet root,tomato,bottle gourd,red cabbage,cucumber etc In fruits,we have choice of apple,guava,banana,papaya,mango,orange,grapes,lemon We can also consider seasonal fruits according to availability. In dry fruits we can consider almonds,melon seeds,pumpkin seeds,sunflower seeds


Green Juice- 1 (Energy booster and detox)

Ingredients- Green Juice ( Energy booster & detox)

Cucumber – 1 no.(150 grams approx.)

Spinach – 15-20 leaves

Almonds – 10-12 nos.

Banana – 1 big size(cut into small pieces)

Ginger – 1 ” length (chopped into small pieces)

Lemon – 1 big size (juice extract)

Chat masala – 1/4 tsp (optional)

Text Procedure

To spinach add cucumber,banana,almonds,ginger,lemon and chat masala as optional. Add water and grind smoothly. Energy boost is ready

Green Juice-2 (Weight loss and detox)

Ingredients- Green juice (weight loss & detox)

Cucumber – 1 no. ( 150 gram approx.)

Spinach – 15-20 leaves

Melon seeds – 2 tbsp

Carrot – 1 no.(medium size)

Tomato – 2 nos.(medium size)

Ginger – 1″ length (chopped into small pieces)

Chat masala – 1/4 tsp (optional)

Text Procedure

To spinach add cucumber,carrot,tomato,melon seeds,lemon juice,ginger and chat masala (optional). Add water. Grind smoothly. Juice for weight loss and detox is ready.
