Banana Oats Bread Muffins

Banana Oats Bread Muffins is a healthy snack item which can be also taken as breakfast or as snack during tea time. It is very healthy as it uses the natural sweetness of bananas and avoids any artificial sweetener like sugar. Also practically there is no fat added.


Quick Oats             — 3/4 cups

Brown bread          — 2-3 slices

Ripe Banana           –2 nos.

Cinnamon  powder  — 1/2 tsp

Nutmeg powder  — 1/4 tsp

Baking powder  — 1 tsp

Honey               — 1 tbsp

Milk                  — 2-3 tbsp

Walnuts            — 2 tbsp

Choco chips     — 2 tbsp

Preparation time        : 10 minutes

Cooking time               : 20 minutes

Note:1. We have chosen ripe bananas to add natural sweetness.

2.Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 deg Celsius before baking
