This is very much sought after item during lock down period and work from home situations now common in many homes.
It is easy to prepare and the ribbon pakoda ( also known as ola pakoda / Nada ). There are many variations of ribbon pakoda by altering the proportion of besan flour (Bengal gram flour) ,rice flour, fried gram. In my recipe i have not used fried gram. I generally use butter for all murukku preparations but i have used coconut oil in place of butter for ribbon pakoda preparation. Coconut oil gives nice flavor. You can use any cooking oil or butter as per your preference.
