RAW MANGO JELLY

Raw Mango jelly ( Kachha Aam Papad in hindi) is a very popular item especially in Andhra and northern india. Summer is the best time to make this as mangoes will be available in plenty. The beauty is this can be used over a period of 2-3 months without getting spoiled. These are available in shops but home made is always recommended as it is healthier and more hygienic.

Ingredients

Raw Mango — 1/2 Kg
Green chili — 2 nos.
Pudhina (Mint leaf) — 2 tbsp
Salt — 1 tsp
Chat masala(optional) – 1 tsp
Black salt — 1 tsp
Ghee — 1 tsp
Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time               : 05 minutes
