RAGI MALT/RAGI KANJI/RAGI KOOZH/FINGER MILLET MALT

Ragi malt/ Ragi kanji/ Ragi Koozh/ Finger millet malt is a healthy and filling drink that can be taken by people of all ages. Ragi koozh is a Tamil term for Ragi paste. When taken with hot milk and palm sugar / jaggery it is Ragi malt. Ragi koozh when mixed with butter milk and salt is Ragi kanji. Ragi kanji is recommended diet for people suffering from diabetes.It is easy to prepare the ragi recipes at home.

Water — 4 cups
Milk — 1/2 cup
Palm sugar or Jaggery — 1 tsp
Butter milk – 1/2 cup
Salt
Preparation time : 15 minutes
