
Mor Kuzhambu
Mor kuzhambu is a tasty sambar made from curd. It is very popular and is a must in important festivals , marraiges and other important functions. It is taken along with rice.
Ingredients
Curd – 1/2 litre Curry leaves- 10 nos.
White pumpkin – 250 g Mor milagai – 2-3 nos.
Toor dhal – 1 tbsp Cooking oil – 1 tbsp
Besan dhal – 1 tbsp Red Chilli – 1 no.
Fenugreek – 1/2 tsp Mustard – 1 tsp
Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
Green Chilli – 4 nos.
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Grated fresh coconut – 1/2 cup approx
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – to taste
