MIXED VEGETABLE PARATHA

Here is the recipe for Mixed vegetable paratha which is very healthy with lots of vegetables and tasty as well. It goes very well with Dates pickle.

Ingredients

Wheat flour 2 cups
Potato 3 nos.
Grated carrot 1/4 cup
Grated cabbage 1/4 cup
Methi (vendaya keerai) chopped 1/2 cup
Hing 1/2 tsp
Omam (Carom seeds) 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Green chili (Chopped) 2 nos.
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Ghee
Salt
oil
Preparation time 15 min
Cooking time 30 min
Makes 6 nos.
