Mustard 1 tsp
Cumin seeds(crushed) 1 tsp
Split moong 2 tbsp
Black pepper(crushed) 1 tsp
Hing 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves 10 nos.
Grated coconut 1/4 cup
Sugar (optional) 1 tbsp
Salt and Oil
