MASALA VADAI

Masala Vadai is a very tasty and popular snack in South India. It is made at home and in restaurants as well. It can be eaten straight or with coconut chutney.

Channa dhal(Bengal gram) 1 cup
Moong dhal(Green gram) 1 cup
Green chili 2-3 nos.
Ginger(chopped) 1 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1 tbsp
Curry leaves 10 nos
Hing 1 tsp
Salt
Oil
Preparation time 15 min
Cooking time 25 min
Makes 14 vadas
