Mango rice is a delicious and popular rice variety in India. It is liked by people of all ages. In this blog post, I am sharing with you my recipe for mango rice preparation in text and video form. I hope you will enjoy making it too.
Grind Red chilli, fenugreek,and grated raw mango in a mixie.
Place a Pan and add gingelly oil. When it is hot, add mustard and allow it to crackle. Add ground nuts and stir well.
Add curry leaves,ground mix ( raw mango,fenugreek and red chilli) and mix well.Add hing and turmeric powder.
Add grated raw mango, salt and mix well. Now add cooked rice.
Now garnish with mango slice and curry leaves. Delicious mango rice is ready to be served.
