Karunai(Senai) Kizhangu or Yam – 2 cups
Toor dhal – 1/4 cup
Red chili – 5 to 6 nos.
Mustard – 1 tsp
Fenugreek – 1/2 tsp
Green chili – 3 to 4 nos.
Curry leaves – 10 nos.
Hing – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Tamarind – small lemon size
Oil – 2 tsp
Salt
Makes : 1 liter
