Kanchipuram Idli is a prasadam of famous Varadarajar swamy temple in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu. It is not only a steamed item like the conventional idli but has several ingredients such as pepper,cumin seeds,dry ginger etc that enhances its taste. Kanchipuram idli can also be eaten without any side dish.
