Broken Wheat Cutlet

Broken wheat ( Daliya in Hindi) cutlet is a crispy and tasty cutlet that will be liked by anybody. Besides it is stuffed with lot of vegetables that will make it healthy.

Ingredients

Broken wheat(daliya)  – 1/2  cup

Rice flour                    – 1/4  cup

Steamed(not boiled) potato  – 200 grams

Chopped onion         – 1/4 cup

Grated carrot             – 1/4 cup

Chopped capsicum   – 1/4 cup

Coriander leaves       – 1/4 cup

Chopped ginger + Green chili     – 1 tbsp

Amchur(dry mango) powder       – 1/2  tsp

Coriander Cumin powder            – 1 tsp

Red chili powder                          – 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Oil                                                -5 tbsp

Cooking time       : 15 min
